The most important step you can take as a legislative employee is to say “Union Yes” and sign a union authorization card!
Card signers also receive information about our organizing meetings held twice a month online and in person near the State House. All card signers are welcome!

The more public support we have, the more your state legislators will understand that the dignity and treatment of their staff — who serve the public — matters to their voters, union supporters, and funders!
Make your voice personally heard to your legislators by contacting them via email or phone. You can find your legislator by searching your address on the Massachusetts Legislature website “Find My Legislator” page at the link below.

I am asking you to please support the Massachusetts State House Employee Union by calling on legislative leadership to pass S.2014/H.3069 – An Act relative to collective bargaining rights for legislative employees, which which would change the law to allow legislative staff the right to unionize if they so choose. Legislative staff deserve to be heard.
